It is announced for the information of 2020/2021 Graduands of the College of Humanities & Legal Studies (CHLS); College of Agriculture & Natural Sciences (CANS); College of Health and Allied Sciences (CoHAS); College of Education Studies; and School of Graduate Studies (SGS) of the University of Cape Coast as well as the general public that, the 1st to 4th Sessions of the 54th  Congregation for the award of graduate and undergraduate degrees to persons who completed their programmes of study in the aforementioned academic year will be held at the New Examinations Centre, UCC as follows:

Graduands who wish to be presented are to register through their respective portals after payment of graduation fees.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE 

The deadline for registration is Friday, 10th December, 2021.

REHEARSALS

All graduands will be required to attend rehearsals at the New Examination Centre at 4:00 p.m. a day before their graduation session. Only registered graduands who attend the rehearsals will be presented.

Distribution of Certificates

Certificates will be available for collection after each session. Graduates will be expected to show their ID Cards and clearance chits for inspection before collection of the Certificates. 

Accommodation

Graduands who may need accommodation are expected to make their own arrangements at the Halls of Residence or Hostels on campus.

Dress code: Formal.

All COVID-19 Protocols will be observed.
